El periodista catalán de Eldiario.es ha señalado que "para construir una mahyoría en el Parlament, los resultados de este domingo pesarán mucho", y con los primeros sondeos en Catalunya, donde todo parece indicar que En Comú Podem será primera fuerza y ERC segunda, añade que "muy mal resultado para Convergencia, buenos resultados para En Comun Podem y ERC. Según Puente “En Comú Podem quiere un referendum como el que más y además, lo quiere para ganar y cerrar el capítulo del independentismo”.
